How to View My Subscription Details?

Log in to your Apto CDN account and navigate to My Account. Under the Subscriptions section, you can view all relevant details such as the subscription status, start date, next payment date, and expiry date.

 

When Am I Charged for My Subscription?

You are charged at the start of each billing cycle, as outlined in your subscription plan. For annual subscriptions, this means once every 12 months on the subscription renewal date. Check the Next Payment Date in your account under Subscriptions to confirm when your next charge will occur.

How to Cancel My Subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log in to your Apto CDN account and go to My Account > Subscriptions. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and look for the Cancel Subscription button. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation. Note that cancellation will prevent future renewals, but your service will remain active until the current billing period ends.
